Bartender Ambassador

The Hyatt Centric Austin-Downtown/Congress Street is seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating lasting memories for our customers.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of brand promise, providing exceptional guest service, following the Cycle of Service, and adhering to all skills trained in departmental core training. You will also be responsible for taking care of equipment, knowing daily targets and projections, attending briefs with restaurant staff, and communicating effectively between internal departments.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are driven by achieving a rounded sales experience and have a thorough understanding of the local industry, we want to hear from you.
