Job Overview
The National Bank of Oman is seeking a highly skilled Banking Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely delivery of banking products and services, and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide an efficient, friendly, professional, and quality service to branch customers based on their needs.
- Advise customers on investment opportunities, guiding customers through various banking products based on the customer needs; thereby achieving the set cross-sell ratio for each customer.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies & regulations.
- Along with the branch operations staff, facilitate a professional and timely delivery of the bank's products and services to the customers.
- Measure customer attrition; implement customer retention strategies to maximize customer loyalty.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of sales experience. You should possess excellent communication skills, good knowledge of basic computer skills, team orientation, and good reporting skills. Knowledge of Arabic and English languages is a must.
