Technology Innovation Director

The Technology Innovation Director will conceptualize elements of digital strategy and develop approaches to programmatically deliver successful digital innovation engagements.

This role will drive the development of a digital enterprise architecture to transform and improve business results and competitive position.

• Manage and deliver end-to-end digital programs and initiatives, leveraging agile and design-thinking principles to drive sustainable implementation.
• Collaborate with various departments to assess current processes and identify areas for digital optimization and automation.

Leadership Skills:

• Provide overall direction for the effective achievement of department objectives through leadership of the digitalization department and by setting individual objectives, managing performance, recruiting qualified staff, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximise subordinate and directorate performance.
• Integrate digital capabilities into processes, projects, and team dynamics. Execute and champion transformational projects intended to develop a digital culture.
