The Experiences Manager plays a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery of our brand's unique offerings, including activities, excursions, and services. This involves collaborating closely with various departments to meet guest needs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Create and execute engaging activities and experiences that align with our brand values and sustainability practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of resort facilities, services, and policies to provide informed guidance to guests.
• Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, standards of service, and operational procedures.
• Foster a positive and professional work environment by leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience in a comparable hotel operational role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with hotel systems such as OPERA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
