Job Title: Assistant Director of Human Resources

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced human resources professional to join our team at Zighy Bay. As Assistant Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of human resources strategies that align with the resort's business objectives.

Key Functions:
  1. Develop and implement human resources plans to support business growth and development.

  3. Develop and maintain employee relations policies and procedures.
