Responsibilities:

The Hotel Auditor will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing financial data to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to increase revenue accuracy. This will involve working closely with other departments to ensure accurate recording of guest charges and revenue transactions.

  • Reconcile credit card collections against cashier summaries and bank lists.
  • Finalize food cover reports and distribute documentation to relevant parties.
  • Control dockets used in all outlets and maintain accurate records.

The successful candidate will have advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience in financial auditing techniques and procedures. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
