Senior Banking Associate

To provide banking assistance to clients, a Universal Banker performs a wide range of tasks, ensuring timeliness and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing existing clients' financial and banking needs, acquiring new customers for the bank's objectives, and adhering to processes and policies. Key tasks include:

• Contribute to sales strategy development through market analysis, competitor analysis, and market intelligence.
• Implement sales strategies and plans to achieve banking product sales volume.
• Provide excellent service to branch customers based on their needs.
• Advise customers on investment opportunities and guide them through various banking products based on their needs.
• Ensure the introduction of bank products to new customers, increasing the bank's market share.
