Key Accountabilities

The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring the environmental sustainability of our projects in Oman, upholding the highest standards of integrity and responsibility.

  • Technical Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP), incorporating environmental considerations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs on environmental management best practices.
  • Conduct regular environmental site inspections, generating reports and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Manage responses to environmental incidents, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate environmental risks, ensuring compliance with company standards and client expectations.
  • Drive process improvements through data-driven insights and recommendations, fostering a culture of sustainability within the organization.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including technical and construction departments.
