Food Service Manager Job Description
Job SummaryThe Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. This involves ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene while leading a motivated team.
This role requires the ability to drive guest engagement, create memorable meal experiences, and optimize profitability. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Asian cuisine and culture combined with strong managerial skills.
Main Responsibilities- Create Exceptional Dining Experiences: Develop and implement strategies to ensure exceptional service standards, maintain high-quality food presentation, and consistency.
- Lead by Example: Deliver outstanding service experiences to guests, inspire and motivate your team to do the same.
- Collaborate with Chefs: Work closely with executive chefs to design and update menus that reflect authentic Asian cuisine with a modern twist.
- Maintain Food Quality and Safety: Monitor and control food quality, presentation, and safety standards to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage Financial Performance: Analyze sales, costs, and profitability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in high-profile F&B outlets.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety procedures and Microsoft Office skills.
