About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to play a key role in defining and prioritizing the product backlog for our QHSE software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives.
  • Perform gap analysis, reverse engineering, or benchmarking as part of product R&D, discovery, or exploration.
  • Work with stakeholders and teams to gather and clarify requirements.
  • Prioritize features and user stories based on customer needs and technical feasibility.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  2. QHSE domain knowledge is mandatory.
  3. 5+ years proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within an Agile environment.
  4. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification required/preferred.
