This role is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience in our bar, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued. The ideal candidate will be charismatic, able to build relationships with guests, and driven by achieving a rounded sales experience.

• To ensure the delivery of brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times, reinforcing our Values and culture characteristics.
• To follow the Cycle of Service and adhere to all skills trained in the departmental core Training.
• Take care of equipment as if it were your own and know daily targets and projections.
• Attend lunch and dinner briefs with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu, and service specifications for reservations.
• To be fully conversant with all services, offers, promotions, and facilities offered by the hotel.
• Communicate effectively between all internal workplace restaurant departments.
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
• Adhere to the correct restaurant pathways and alert any potential problems to direct supervision.
• Attend all training where required and understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel's policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health, and Safety.

• Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to multitask and minimum 3-6 years of experience.
• ITI / Vocational Diploma or equivalent qualification.
