About the Role

This critical role will play a key part in delivering projects and creating value over the life of our clients' assets.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations for project EPC phases & DBOOM projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute CSU activities.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies for Operations Readiness & Assurance.
  • Support Operations staff at design reviews and workshops.
  • Identify and address training requirements for project teams.
  • Provide technical support to asset services activities.
  • Facilitate punch listing of systems and closeout of punch list items.
  • Implement the Operations Readiness & Assurance Execution Plan.
  • Contribute to the development of operating manuals and procedures.
  • Support the flawless start-up initiative.
  • Align project handover with operations handover requirements.
  • Coach and mentor operations teams on system acceptance.
  • Promote a right-first-time approach within project and operations teams.
  • Develop and maintain competence requirements for project teams.
  • Participate in peer reviews of startup and operating procedures.
  • Liaise with project and operations teams to meet milestones.
  • Collaborate with project, contractor, and CSU teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the project schedule.
  • Produce punch lists, acceptance documentation, and technical queries.
  • Closure of outstanding work and punch items before system acceptance.
  • Train and develop O&M personnel.
  • Review operational excellence elements.
  • Provide input to asset safety strategies.
  • Register data in asset registry (SAP).
  • Ensure commissioning and start-up activities adhere to OQEP policies.
