Senior Mining Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Quarry Shift Leader to oversee and manage mining equipment during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising Quarry Operations, knowledge of Heavy Mining equipment Operation and maintenance, Drilling and Blasting, and other quarry related operation. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.

• Schedule Operators and Equipment: Schedule operators and equipment to achieve production targets.
• Utilize Equipment Safely: Utilize equipment safely, cost-effectively, and with good mining practice.
• Coordinate Mine Operations: Coordinate Mine Operations and plant operations personnel to optimize productivity and quality control.
• Communicate Effectively: Communicate with seniors to ensure operators on the shift are trained to meet all requirements safely and productively.
• Record Site Activities: Keep records of site activities during daily shifts and special reports as required.
• Control Machinery Movement: Control movement of machinery within the pit.

• Diploma or Equivalent: Diploma or +2 Intermediate Pass or ITI Certificate Holder (Two years duration certificate course in Industrial Training Institute)
• Experience in Supervising: Experience in supervising Quarry Operation (2–5 years preferred)
• Knowledge of Heavy Mining Equipment: Knowledge of Heavy Mining equipment Operation and maintenance, Drilling and Blasting and other quarry related operation
• Ability to Work in Variable Weather Conditions: Ability to work in Mining sites with variable weather conditions
• Strong Knowledge of Safety: Strong knowledge of safety of Mining Machines and other quarry operation
• Excellent Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
