Senior Interior Designer Job Description

This senior-level interior designer position is responsible for leading the design process for assigned projects, from concept development to detailed design delivery. The role requires ensuring the creative and technical quality of all design output, supporting junior designers, and collaborating closely with project managers to ensure smooth project execution.

  1. Design Development & Oversight
  2. Lead concept development, space planning, and material selection, and prepare mood boards, 3D visual directions, and schematic design presentations.
  3. Translate conceptual ideas into fully developed design packages, and review technical drawings for accuracy and compliance.
  4. Maintain quality and consistency across design outputs, and guide junior designers and interns throughout the design process.
  5. Collaborate closely with the head of ID, 3D visualizers, and project managers to align creative and technical aspects, and participate in internal design reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial interior design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in corporate, retail, or hospitality design
  • Fluent in English
