We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth for bakery products in the Oman market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong relationships with clients in the HoReCa industry.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets in the Oman market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research and competitor analysis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the HoReCa industry
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the management team on product development and pricing strategies

This role requires prior experience in sales and business development in the bakery ingredients industry in Oman, with a focus on HoReCa sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for bakery products in the Oman market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development in the bakery ingredients industry in Oman
  • Experience in HoReCa sales is preferred
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of the Oman market and its key players in the bakery ingredients industry
  • Willingness to travel within Oman for client visits and business meetings
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Valid driver's license
