Bartender Extraordinaire

The bartender will be responsible for planning drink menus, selecting and mixing ingredients, and serving beverages and food in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you must have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create personalized drink menus and recommend menu items to customers.
• Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to customers.
• Develop new cocktail recipes and experiment with different flavors and ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and quality regulations.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet state minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong task and time management abilities.
