IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as an Information Technology Support Specialist.

Purpose

To provide exceptional IT support and maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization through development of robust Information Technology processes & policies.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic

• Assist in achieving our organization's goals and objectives through the development of innovative Information Technology processes & policies.
• Ensure the accessibility of IT functions to all staff members.

• Perform routine administrative activities required of an Information Technology professional, including setting up new users' accounts, computers, smartphones, and access cards.
• Support the unit in completing tasks accurately on a daily basis, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation within the unit.
• Seek guidance from senior staff members when needed.

• Provide prompt support to staff members for IT-related requirements, troubleshooting technical issues efficiently.
• Set up and troubleshoot phones, computers, printers, access control, and scanners, maintaining system inventory and software library.
• Implement Windows and other software installations as per operational requirements.
• Maintain Access and Attendance systems, supporting project site offices as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent.
