Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead and oversee fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of fit-out work from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic direction for fit-out projects, aligning them with the client's vision.
  • Establish project goals, performance indicators, and key milestones, providing clear guidance to the project team.

Health and Safety Leadership

  • Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, creating a culture of safety awareness among project personnel.
  • Implement safety protocols, conduct safety training, and ensure that the project site remains hazard-free.

Design and Engineering Coordination

  • Closely collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers to integrate design elements into the fit-out process.
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary communication and decision-making to maintain design integrity.

Resource Allocation and Management

  • Effectively allocate project resources, including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, to optimize project efficiency.
  • Implement resource management strategies to minimize wastage and enhance productivity.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation

  • Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with the project, developing comprehensive risk assessment strategies.
  • Regularly review risk factors and implement contingency plans to maintain project progress.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

  • Implement stringent quality control processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify the quality of workmanship and materials.

Education and Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Construction or Engineering or related area.
  • Minimum 15-20 years' proven work experience in fit-out project management or similar roles.
