Graduate Psychometrician

We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our Talent Science team as a Graduate Talent Scientist. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in ensuring that we follow objective, scientifically rigorous, and efficient processes to select the very best new colleagues regardless of location, culture, or background.

• Learning how to assess candidates using behavioral interview techniques
• Gaining a deep appreciation of the use of psychometrics in the workplace
• Working on process and documentation efficiencies that fuel our hiring practices
• Contributing to projects that drive successful hiring outcomes

You will have the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders to develop solutions that drive successful outcomes and contribute to leading our talent agenda. You will also gain a deep understanding of our systems and platforms to problem solve and support on hiring questions.
