About the Role

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior MEP Planner at STI engineering. The Senior MEP Planner will be responsible for day-to-day planning and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects. This includes overseeing project schedules, ensuring quality control, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee project schedules to ensure timely completion.Evaluate project quality control processes to identify areas for improvement.Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and team members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in MEP planning and coordination.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in quality control and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.Experience in the construction industry.Proficiency in relevant software and tools.Professional certifications in MEP planning or related fields.Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
