Senior Engineering Lead

The primary function of this role is to lead engineering teams in the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives, quality standards, and project timelines.

  1. This includes overseeing the programming and administration of building management systems (BMS) to support facility operations.
  2. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating BMS upgrades and hardware/software installations to enhance efficiency and energy savings.
  3. Scheduling and executing preventative maintenance for HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems via BMS management is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage BMS systems to ensure proper maintenance and compliance.
  • Monitor system data, identify improvements, and suggest programming changes for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Implement departmental policies and monitor adherence to maintain high standards of service and excellence.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Lead who can provide strategic leadership and technical expertise to our engineering team. This individual will play a critical role in driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

About the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced).
  • Problem-solving, leadership, team management, creativity, project management, and attention to detail skills.
