Job Summary

This role is responsible for maintaining the beverage area clean, organized, and fully stocked. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to promote special drinks.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Inventory Management: Prepare requisitions for bar products and conduct daily stock control to avoid shortages.
  2. Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean appearance and high level of hygiene, keeping the beverage area tidy and free from clutter.
  3. Serving and Promotion: Serve beverages during service hours and have knowledge about special drinks (cocktails). Ability to create a beverage menu.
  4. Preparation and Presentation: Prepare all fresh products daily, including juices and decoration items. Keep utensils clean and shining at all times.
