Chief Technology Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP and IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and oversee the strategic implementation, management, and optimization of the SAP systems and IT infrastructure in Muscat, Oman.

Salary: OMR 7,500 - OMR 10,000 per month.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives, implementing process improvements, and fostering a high-performance IT team.

• Strategic Planning and Budget Management:
  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage IT budgets, including forecasting and resource allocation.
• SAP ERP Implementation and Management:
  • Oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of SAP systems.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth system integration.
• Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to achieve organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Project Management and Vendor Relations:
  • Plan, execute, and deliver large-scale IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Negotiate with vendors, manage contracts, and coordinate with third-party suppliers.

• Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Industry Certifications:
  • ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), PMP (Project Management Professional), or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
• Technical Expertise:
  • Extensive knowledge of ERP administration and integration.
  • Proficiency in cloud infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS).
• Leadership and Strategic Planning Skills:
  • Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in strategic IT planning and budget management.
• Project Management and Vendor Relations:
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Strong non-commercial vendor management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
