About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and talented Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating custom floral arrangements for various occasions. Your role will involve using your creativity and knowledge of different flowers to design arrangements that meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.

1. Meet with clients to discuss their floral requirements and preferences
2. Design and create custom floral arrangements for events
3. Source and order a variety of flowers from suppliers
4. Maintain high-quality flower inventory and ensure timely deliveries
5. Provide excellent customer service to guarantee client satisfaction

1. Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
2. Detailed knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
3. Ability to create unique and visually appealing designs
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Effective time management skills
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
