We are seeking a highly experienced gynaecologist/obstetrics consultant to lead our department in Muscat, Oman. As a contract-based role for two years, the successful candidate will be required to relocate to Muscat. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to work in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and oversee the daily operations of the gynaecology department.
  • To develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • To provide clinical leadership and guidance to junior staff members.
  • To collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • 14 years of experience in laparoscopic surgery is essential.
  • Middle East experience is highly valued.
  • English language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
  • The ideal candidate must be female.
  • Hold a medical qualification such as MRCOG or FRCOG.
  • Less than 57 years of age.
