Master Baker

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Executive to lead our pastry section and ensure the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality desserts, baked goods, and pastries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and visually appealing desserts, as well as excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Develop and implement dessert and pastry menus in collaboration with the executive chef.
• Oversee the preparation, baking, and presentation of all desserts, pastries, bread, and other baked items.
• Innovate and introduce seasonal or signature pastry offerings aligned with guest expectations and brand identity.
• Supervise and train pastry team members, ensuring proper techniques and food safety standards.
• Monitor and maintain quality, portion control, and consistency of all pastry items.
• Manage pastry kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies, checking deliveries, and controlling waste.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and compliance with hygiene and sanitation regulations.
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth operation and service delivery.

• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Patisserie, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pastry preparation, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of baking, chocolate work, sugar art, plated desserts, and pastry kitchen operations.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
