Main Responsibilities:
  1. To deliver exceptional guest service, upholding the highest standards of hospitality and ensuring a seamless experience for all patrons.
  2. To maintain a thorough knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, mocktails, and beverages, as well as staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
  3. To work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  4. To effectively communicate with colleagues and management, providing clear updates on stock levels, promotions, and other relevant information.
  5. To maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any incidents or concerns promptly.

Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  2. Excellent knowledge of beverage recipes, menu offerings, and promotions.
  3. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
  4. Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment, responding positively to changing circumstances and priorities.
  5. Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to food safety, hygiene, and fire prevention.
