We are looking for a skilled Commis to join our team at Abroad Work.

1. The successful candidate will be responsible for following instructions from the chef to maintain high-quality food preparation.
2. Our ideal candidate will have experience in preparing dishes according to standard recipes.
3. The ability to timely prepare Guest Orders is crucial in this role.
4. A strong understanding of FIFO principles will also be required.
5. The candidate must adhere to kitchen rules, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
6. The role requires strict adherence to Kitchen SOPs.
7. Excellent training skills are necessary to train junior commis and apprentice candidates.
8. Minimizing food/raw material wastage is essential.
