As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the hotel sales team to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless coordination and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Prepare all necessary documents, respond to inquiries, and maintain filing systems.
  • Sales Coordination: Coordinate familiarization visits, site inspections, and monthly sales meetings.
  • Data Management: Manage sales department mail, maintain a correspondence database, and update the database regularly.

You will also assist with direct mail campaigns, compile weekly statistical reports, and collaborate with other IHG properties to promote their offerings.

Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining productivity.
