Job Overview

The position of Security Specialist requires a professional to work with our team in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating market demands and the company's offerings to identify potential service opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate market demands and company offerings to identify potential service opportunities.
  • Advise both the sales team and customers on the most effective and price-efficient solutions to meet their needs.
  • Assist the Sales Group in generating upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Provide sustaining literature to aid the Sales Team in defeating competition.
  • Travel outside Oman may be required.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge in VMware, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP Technologies, Dell-EMC, Cisco, and HP.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding and proven experience in Cloud offerings IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and DraaS.
  • Maintain awareness of appropriate cloud security solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and connect them to a set of products/solutions offered by the firm.
  • Demonstrate management abilities and premium presentation skills for CXO-level and IT managers.
  • Respond to tenders, RFIs, RFPs, and proposals with product/solution information and a deep understanding of cost considerations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at company leads.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Location: Muscat, Oman.
  • Omani nationals preferred.
