Commissioning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commissioning Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition from project to operations. Your primary focus will be on coordinating and delivering high-quality commissioning services that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
In this role, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute commissioning activities. You will be responsible for identifying risks and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring that all commissioning activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also provide guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to the development of commissioning procedures and guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in commissioning and start-up activities, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, are essential for success in this role.
