In-House Counsel

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to join our team in Oman. As a key member of our in-house legal team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, negotiating contracts, and managing outside counsel.

• Providing comprehensive legal advice to the Firm, considering business goals and objectives.
• Developing and implementing effective strategies to mitigate legal risks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes.
• Staying current with regulatory changes and updates.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm, preferably with multinational clients.
• Strong expertise in corporate law, commercial transactions, employment law, intellectual property, and litigation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of handling complex legal matters and delivering practical advice.
• Fluent English and Arabic language skills.
• Law degree from an accredited university.
