
Sales Executive

To achieve sales forecasts and collection of assigned products, you will prospect territory sales opportunities, build relationships with prospects and customers, promote assigned products, follow up on order processes, and sustain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer preferences, business potential, and competitor actions in your territory, documenting and communicating findings.
- Develop sales forecasts and action plans aligning with company strategies for supervisor review and approval.
- Represent the organization as an authorized partner to sell Orthopedics Spine products, interacting with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain strong relationships with target customers and key business players, identifying sales potentials and promoting assigned products.
- Participate in marketing events, conferences, workshops, and promotion campaigns related to your territory and accounts selling assigned products.
- Provide technical support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with equipment system installation, start-up, utilization, and maintenance.
- Report on action plans, customer responses, achievements, and sales potentials, as well as competitors' rivalry.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, including surgeons, nursing staff, and clinical staff.
- Assist doctors and staff with equipment installation and setup.
- Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biomedical Engineer, Pharmacy, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a similar role; freshers with a flair for sales are also considered.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Arabic, persuasive relations building, business acumen, and a flair for sales.
