Job Title:

Occupational Health Professional

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the health and well-being of employees, conducting risk assessments, and implementing medical surveillance programs.

Job Description:
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy working environment by formulating occupational health policies and measures.
  • Conduct health risk assessments to identify and mitigate workplace health hazards.
  • Monitor workplace hygiene conditions and recommend corrective actions to prevent occupational illnesses.
  • Support fitness-to-work evaluations and coordinate pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations.
  • Implement and monitor medical surveillance programs, including audiometry, respiratory health checks, and biological monitoring.
  • Coordinate with occupational health physicians to analyze trends in occupational illnesses and recommend preventive strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and international standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Nursing and Occupational Health.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Occupational Health Management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer literate with expertise in MS Office and SAP Systems.
