Project Scope and Objectives

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex engineering projects, delivering results that meet and exceed client expectations.

As a key member of our projects organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, execution, and closeout of these projects.

You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining project objectives, deliverables, and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Providing technical oversight and mentorship to the project engineering team.
  • Developing detailed project execution plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
  • Managing interfaces between engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
  • Overseeing the implementation of engineering solutions, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks or deviations.
  • Reviewing and approving engineering designs, calculations, and technical documentation.
  • Implementing quality assurance and control protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensuring adherence to local and international engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting technical audits and inspections to validate compliance and performance.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and project teams.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Promoting a safety-first culture within the project team.
  • Ensuring all activities comply with HSE policies and regulations.
  • Conducting safety assessments and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Developing and managing project budgets, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
  • Providing regular financial updates and forecasts to the Project Manager.
  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and technical records.
  • Providing regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements to senior management.
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely submission of required documentation.
