5. Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless café operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

1. At least 2 years of experience as a barista in a specialty coffee shop or café.
2. Extensive knowledge of coffee roasting, brewing techniques, and coffee-related topics.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Prompt and accurate handling of cash transactions and basic accounting tasks.
5. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
