Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Hospitality Specialist to join our team at Alila Jabal Akhdar. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing front office operations, and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm welcomes and farewells to guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated throughout their stay.
  • Assist with room assignments, key card distributions, and manage guest requests and complaints.
  • Stay informed about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, and provide recommendations to guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and improve overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, including front desk procedures and guest service standards.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, particularly property management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
