Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Al Hashar Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in steel fabrication to take their career to the next level.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in truck body fabrication, with a strong background in Arc Welding, Mig Welding, and Aluminum welding. They will be responsible for fabricating high-quality steel components, working independently and as part of a team, and ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate steel components to exact specifications using various welding techniques.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and minimize downtime.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in steel fabrication.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in truck body fabrication.
• ITI / Fitter certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Arc Welding, Mig Welding, and Aluminum welding techniques.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
