Experienced Field Service Coordinator Wanted

Are you an experienced professional looking for a challenging role in field service management? Do you have a passion for coordinating complex projects and ensuring seamless execution?
This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of practical experience in rotating equipment, specifically steam turbines, compressors, and expanders. As our new Field Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling administrative, technical, and commercial work related to the delegation of Field Service personnel.
Your key tasks will include preparing, delegating, and instructing on ongoing site activities, as well as cost and claims calculation for Field Service projects. You will also ensure that all work done in the field is clearly reported and documented, and draw up specifications for any needed site subcontractors for installation/commissioning personnel.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will have excellent communication and coordination skills, allowing you to effectively manage interactions among all parties involved in field service activities. Your ability to arrange and lead kick-off/pre-installation meetings, as well as follow up site inspections, will be crucial in ensuring successful project execution.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide technical and administrative support to Field Service personnel during their site assignments. If you have a proven track record of cost control and financial completion for each Field Service project, we want to hear from you
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in turbomachinery, certified project/contract management training, and a degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Fluency in English and good computer knowledge (MS Office, MS Project) are also essential requirements for this role.
