Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Restaurant Host/Hostess Coordinator to join our team. As a Restaurant Host/Hostess Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the front-of-house operations, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have an enjoyable dining experience.

• Coordinate seating arrangements, ensuring that guests are seated promptly and efficiently.
• Manage reservations and waitlists, communicating with guests and staff to minimize wait times.
• Ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available and in good working order.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest preferences and feedback.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
