Electrical Installation and Maintenance Specialist

This is a full-time position requiring an Electrical Installation and Maintenance Specialist to install, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment according to local codes
  • Read blueprints or technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts
  • Test electrical systems with tools such as voltage testers to ensure compatibility and safety
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions and replace faulty components
  • Collaborate with other professionals on project plans
  • Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Installation and Maintenance Specialist (minimum 2 years)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred
  • Valid electrician license or certification
  • Knowledge of local codes, regulations, safety procedures and best practices
  • Ability to read technical diagrams/blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent physical condition with ability to work in various environments

This is a full-time position open to individuals with a valid work visa for Oman. Students are welcome to apply if they meet the requirements.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
