Project Overview:

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of high-quality projects within the Convention District.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, design, and construction management of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires close coordination with operators, consultants, and the Sales & Marketing team to ensure project goals are met efficiently and in alignment with our strategic vision.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning and overseeing the execution of construction activities for assigned projects.
  • Support the development of cost estimates and contribute to the preparation of project budgets.
  • Monitor financial performance against approved budget to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Implement departmental policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
