The Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing all sales opportunities through a structured, proactive approach to develop the business in order to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Development: Securing and developing new local business and growing existing accounts aligned with agreed market sectors and annual objectives.
  2. Account Management: Supporting the hotel in appointment making, local/international sales, reporting, and in-house responsibilities.
  3. Revenue Growth: Approaching all sales opportunities positively to maximize revenue and exceed sales targets.
  4. Business Planning: Preparing the hotel's annual business plans and rolling 3-month sales plans in line with budgets; researching and identifying new rooms and conference business opportunities.
  5. Client Relationships: Creating and maintaining contact with regular and new clients; developing strong local product and competitor knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience working in a 4/5-star branded hotel in a similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Sales Experience: Strong sales experience in the hospitality industry.
