About the Role

Sales specialists are responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets. This involves building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and customer engagement.

Effective sales specialists develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. They act as primary points of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.

A key aspect of this role is proactively managing contract renewals, ensuring timely communication and negotiation to retain customers. Sales specialists also identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell during the renewal process to maximize customer value.

This position requires strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
