Our organization is seeking an HR Generalist to assist management with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. This role involves supporting employees with internal and external transfer requests, monitoring hiring processes, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

Hiring Process:

  • We are responsible for coordinating and conducting applicant drug screens, reference checks, background checks, motor vehicle checks, and social security number verification in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintaining applicant flow, drug screen, orientation, and transfer request logs.

New Hire Process:

  • Creating and maintaining new hire files and entering them into our HR Information Systems.
  • Assisting with the orientation of new employees.

Compensation and Administration:

  • Supporting the processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.

Communication and Relations:

  • Responding to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Informing HR management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property.

Policies and Procedures:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
  • FOLLOWING company and department policies and procedures.
