About the Role

As a Demi Chef De Partie Butcher, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service and achieve excellent results.
  • Implementing cost-focused philosophies through training and education, establishing purchasing practices that meet nutritional and sustainability requirements.
  • Ensuring operational efficiency consistent with legal, statutory, and financial requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of kitchen experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting.
  • Knowledge of broiler equipment, meat and fish cookery, proficient knife skills, and understanding of the farm-to-table concept.
  • Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as required by local or state government agency.
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English, with ability to live in a remote location for extended periods and travel on single status.
