Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to assist with various financial tasks, including preparing and maintaining financial records, assisting with monthly and yearly financial statements, and reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
- Monitor client accounts for any discrepancies or issues.
- Communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns regarding their finances.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month, along with free visa and ticket for non-Omani nationals. This position will be based in Salalah, Oman, and candidates must currently reside in Salalah or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
