About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Auto Claims team at American International Group, Inc. (AIG) as a Senior Auto Claims Surveyor. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth processing of auto claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Delivery: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure delivery of existing service level agreements.
  • Claims Investigation: Investigate losses and examine damaged vehicles to determine the extent of damage and liability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with policyholders, insured drivers, third-party claimants, workshops, and business partners.
  • Claims Processing: Process claims efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely and fair settlements.
