Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Sales Operations Administrator to join our team as an Sales Operations Specialist. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth sales operations. Your primary duties will include assisting in the preparation and maintenance of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets. You will also manage and update the sales database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and budgets in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Manage and update the sales database to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate sales meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline sales processes and ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, such as price lists and product catalogs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in the coordination of sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations or sales administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and generate insights.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales management systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
