Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Engineering Education to join our team at Energy Job Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining best-in-class technical training programs for engineering and technician personnel.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in LNG project management, as well as expertise in engineering training and development. They will also have a proven track record of collaborating effectively with teams to drive cross-functional initiatives and have a strong understanding of technical training and engineering regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Developing and implementing technical training programs that meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Establishing and maintaining technical training programs, including training syllabi and detailed structures for all training courses.
  • Managing and overseeing technical training short and long-term roster planning capabilities to ensure the department can successfully deliver and meet learning demands.
  • Designing and delivering processes and standards that enable technical training to efficiently utilize resources and ensure high levels of productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Constantly monitoring and updating standards and regulations pertaining to technical training to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
